ANS. After your order confirmation we will process the order within 48 hours and it will be delivered within 7-10 business day.

QUE. What is your shipping policy? Do I have to pay for shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges?

ANS. Luckylips.in offers free shipping on all Store Items’ order above Rs.499/-. Shipping charge of Rs.60/- will be levied on orders below Rs.499. Cash on Delivery (COD) charges on all orders above Rs.599/- is Rs.70/-. COD Service will not be available on orders below Rs.599/-.

QUE. Are there any hidden charges?

ANS. There are no hidden charges on luckylips.in. The prices listed for all the items are final and inclusive of all taxes. The price you see on the order confirmation page is exactly what you pay. The final order total would also include the shipping and handling charges and COD charges. (If any)

QUE. How can I track my order once it has been shipped?

ANS. You can review the status of your orders and other related information by visiting the “My Orders” tab in your "My Account" page and you can instantly see the status of a specific order.

QUE. Can I change my address after shipping?

ANS. No sorry, you can’t change your address. Once we shipped the ordered item, it is not possible. (Please go through our policy for more detail)

QUE. Can I gift a product directly from luckylips.in?

ANS. Absolutely you can! But you have to fill recipient’s details like Name, shipping address and contact detail at the time of order. We can also wrap your gift along with a personal message given by you for your special one to make it more delightful, you just have to tick the gift wrap option which will displayed after you have entered the shipping address.

QUE. What to do if discount voucher, coupon code, promo code & referral money used and after that the order has been cancel?

ANS. Discount vouchers, Coupon code, referral money and Promo Codes are planned for one-time use only. If you have used those while placing an order and after that you will cancel the order the same shall be treated as used. You can’t use the same discount vouchers again as was lapse.

QUE. What if I will cancel my order? What will be refund process?

ANS. We accept cancellation requests of ordered item(s) before it has been shipped. In case of payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the full amount will be refunded. The refund will be done to same bank account from which the online payment has been done. Once your order has been shipped and you want to cancel the order, please send an email at support@luckylips.in and do not accept the delivery of the order. Once the shipment returns to us, we will check and verify the parcel’s packaging condition and confirm you regarding the order as cancelled and the full amount will be refunded only in the form of LUCKYLIPS Store Credit, you can use the store credit for purchase of any items from our store(For more details please go through our cancellation return policy)

QUE. If I got the damaged products. What to do?

 ANS. Our packing and dispatch team takes great care to make sure that your products are securely packed. In the unlikely case that your box arrives with broken products we request you to communicate to us within 7 Days of delivery via email to support@luckylips.in with a picture of the damaged product. Our Q&A team will check the item(s) back to us, please ensure that the product must be with their original bill, packaging, seals, labels and barcodes intact, unused, unopened position. We will update you about confirmation for replacement.

ANS. No, you cannot. As the free product which you received with the order is a part of the order. So, when you ask for replacement of damaged goods, or you return because of any other reasons. You need to resend the free products back to us.

ANS. There is no defined validity of store credit, you can use credit amount whenever you want. Please note that purchases by using store credit are not eligible for cancellation and return. We accept replacement in case of damage product or incorrect item(s) received.
