Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations before shipping

We accept cancellation requests of ordered item(s) before it has been shipped. In case of payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the full amount will be refunded. The refund will be done to same bank account from which the online payment has been done. However the refund shall take some business day as per the policy of payment get-way service provider.

Cancellations after shipping

Once your order has been shipped and you want to cancel the order, please email our Customer Support team and do not accept the delivery of the order. Once the shipment returns to us, we will check and verify the parcel's packaging condition and confirm you regarding the order as cancelled and the full amount will be refunded only in the form of LUCKYLIPS Store Credit, you can use the store credit for purchase of any items from our store.

Validity of store credit

The store credit is valid up to your next purchase on our website. Please note that any item purchase by using store credit, these items are not eligible for cancellation and return. We accept replacement in case of damage product or incorrect item(s) received.

Treatment of discount vouchers, coupon code, promo code and loyalty points at the time of cancellation

Discount vouchers, Coupon code and Promo Codes are planned for one-time use only and you are allowed to use it once, if you have used while placing an order and after that you will cancel the order the same shall be treated as used. You can't use the same discount vouchers again as was lapse.

If you had redeemed loyalty points while placing an order and you cancel the order, the same will be credited back to your account. You can use it for your future purchase on LUCKYLIPS.

Change in Policy

Luckylips has discretionary power to change the Cancellation & Refund policy at any time. You are advice to please refer the Cancellation & Refund policy time to time.
